Conferences, Reservations and Event Services is operating remotely Monday-Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM and will have limited staff in the office during those hours.

Spring 2021 Recurring Reservations

Spring 2021 Recurring requests can be submitted on Monday, Nov. 2.  Requests will not be processed until all courses have been scheduled, no earlier than the week of Jan. 11, 2021.

Room capacities and setups have been adjusted to ensure appropriate social distancing.  Spaces that accommodate 80 or more are extremely limited.

Only meetings that can enforce social distancing will be approved.  Some event types will not be allowed in the COVID-19 environment.

Include any presenters in attendance.

Additional tables will further significantly reduce capacity.

Food Services

Chartwell’s is the contracted food service and catering vendor for UNC Charlotte.  Groups must contact Chartwell’s directly to arrange for service and catering needs.
